How HIGHFORM came to be

Launched in 2026 by Hannah Inácio & Celine Grant, HIGHFORM was born out of a need for intentional formulas that actually work.

HIGHFORM began first as Hannah’s vision.

The name, the identity and the feeling of the brand already existed. What had not yet been built was the path from concept to creation — the ingredients, the formulation approach, and the practical steps needed to bring it fully to life.

Our story began years earlier, when we found ourselves unexpectedly reconnecting during the same gap year, at the same makeup course, at the same moment in time. What seemed incidental then would later come to feel quietly significant.

In the years that followed, we moved through very different experiences that gave us different tools. One shaped the creative world of HIGHFORM. The other came to understand the operational, ingredient and formulation pathway needed to bring that world into form.

When we came back together, the timing was different. So were we.

Alongside that return came a deeply personal experience of hair loss during a difficult health chapter, and with it, a growing sense that the category had become far too overwhelming. Too many products. Too many routines. Too much complexity where there should have been clarity.

What emerged from that was not simply the desire to create another product, but to create something more considered.

Together, we brought HIGHFORM to life.
